Full Facial Evaluation
All of your submitted photos will be evaluated to identify your current health challenges. I compile a running list of hopeful solutions that we can discuss together that are intended to help you on your journey. The evaluation typically takes about a week before our follow up call and I will give you an explanation of my findings with hope for the future.
Lifestyle Modifications
Personalised guidance on daily habits, routines, sleep, movement, and environmental factors that support your specific constitution. These are practical, grounded suggestions rooted in what your face is already communicating — not generic advice, but insight tailored to you.
Supplement Suggestions
Targeted supplement recommendations aligned with what shows up in your reading. These suggestions are offered as supportive tools to complement your body's natural strengths and address any areas of depletion or imbalance that emerge.
Inner Soul Work
Perhaps the most profound layer of a face reading. I Prepare Your Report
I personally write your reading — a detailed, thoughtful document that weaves together all four dimensions above. Turnaround is typically one week.
Your Report Is Delivered
You receive your full written report by email, yours to keep and return to whenever you need it.
Complementary 30-Minute Reflection Call
We will talk about the findings once your report is ready so you have a chance to ask me any questions you might have and I can provide any more context you might need. Please book your follow up appointment for a minimum of 1 week after your photos are submitted to allow enough time for preparation.
